SCOTT LANERI

Principal -  Scott joined The Ritchie Group in 2014. During his time at TRG, Scott has primarily focused on developing multi-family and hospitality projects. His responsibilities include managing project-specific investment and capitalization activities, pro forma modeling, asset management, and project management.

Scott received a Master of Real Estate Development from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.  He graduated Cum Laude from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University with honors and received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Economics.
